Which would make sense to take?

my budget is 2000 dollar or 2062 dollar with monitor.

Which is better for 1440p monitor?

The more powerful GPU you have, the better it is for higher resolutions. And 3080 is better than 3070 TI.

Unless you have in-depth knowledge of open loop cooling, including taking care of the open loop (which is a lot of work), don't get that EKWB RGB Waterblock Limited Edition GPU.

You mean that XFX is rare (less known)? If so, XFX is actually mostly known for the PSUs they sell. And they do sell good PSUs. Mainly Seasonic made units.
Sure, XFX isn't as a big brand as Asus or EVGA, but thus far, they have released good products (e.g PSUs). I wouldn't have issues trusting in XFX brand.

Because when PSU blows up (it's common for cheap PSUs to fail without any reason at all), PSU has the magical ability to fry everything it is connected to.

E.g saving x dollar on High Power PSU, compared to Corsair RM, is far less than the cost of RTX 3080, which High Power PSU can kill. Heck, cheap PSU can fry your entire PC.

That being said, what PSU choice you actually have? Since Corsair isn't the only one to choose from. Seasonic, Super Flower, Antec, XFX, Riotoro - are just the few good ones to choose from.

But if you do not have money for good quality PSU, get a cheaper GPU, e.g RTX 3070, so that you can afford better PSU. Since time and time again, i've seen people able to afford 300+ bucks GPU, but not able to get 50 extra bucks for proper PSU.

Back in the day (2016), when i bought 1st parts of my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), i had a choice:

• Buy GTX 1060 6GB and cheaper, but still good Seasonic M12II-620 EVO (80+ Bronze) PSU.
• Or GTX 1060 3GB and better, Seasonic PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium) PSU.

You can guess which option i picked.

With MoBo, i suggest that you get yourself a one with 4 RAM slots, for at least 2 reasons:

• any further RAM expansion is far easier, you can just add more RAM
• if one or two RAM slots happen to die, you have 2 more RAM slots to use

galax rtx 3080 or Asus tuf 3080 or Evga ftw3 ultra 3080.

Different brands offer different features and it comes down to the price, aesthetics and/or features.

While the big boys are covered (Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte and MSI), the smaller ones usually doesn't make their way to the top (Zotac, Galax, PNY, Palit, Gainward, Inno3D, Sapphire, Powercolor etc.). You may find few gems from smaller GPU manufacturers, but that takes luck. Going with any of the big 4 is safer bet (usually).

I, personally, prefer MSI. But Asus is also good.
If you've narrowed your selection down to a couple, might want to read each GPU review and compare them against each other, to pick the one that suits you the best.
