Just started writing a question on if i need to reapply my thermal compound but in the middle of it i realized the software I mainly use to monitor my temps is different from a new one im trying which is CPUID HWmonitor. My main is MSI afterburner.
I'm using a corsair h75.
Idle temps: Afterburner 36c HWmonitor 36C
Temps after 4 cinebench runs: Afterburner 56c HWmonitor 44c
Which is correct and should i reapply my thermal compound?
Also on my after burner the cpu temp graph looks like a mountain range sometimes jumping from 36c while idle to 45C
I also see now that HWmonitor has 2 cpu readings the one i was looking at was the mobo cpu reading the temp reading under the AMD list is hitting the same as afterburner
Side question I don't care about noise only my hardware life span what could i use to ramp up my cpu fans to 75% Speedfan now only sees my gpu and hd temps and i can only control my gpu fan.(after motherboard and cpu upgrade)
