Which Thermal Compound to Use?

I'll be building a new gaming rig soon and was wondering which thermal compound I should use.

I use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186038 it works great and best of all it's not conductive.I highly recommend it.
