Which thermal paste is better?

I am going to Best Buy to get better thermal paste because I went cheap for it when I upgraded my CPU, and now it's getting a little bit too hot, causing some minor throttling. I want to know which thermal paste is better, because they are both the same price: Cooler Master - High Performance or Thermaltake - TG-7.
