I currently have this one, http://www.microcenter.com/product/391513/MassCool_Silver_Color_Thermal_Grease which ahs only 10% Silver

Im wondering if I should spend more and get this one,http://www.microcenter.com/product/412910/5_High-Density_Polysynthetic_Silver_Thermal_Compound_35g While thi one has 99.9% of silver.

Do the amount of silver really matter?

I have a Ryzen 1400 clocked @3.65Ghz with a Wraith Stealth Cooler. With the voltage at 1.25 which is the stock voltage.

Right now the Core Temperature of the CPU goes all the way up to 86 Celsius max when I run a stress test with RealBench with all eight threads at 100% for a 15 minutes stress test.

On Idle its lowest is 36 celsius and max is 46celsius. I can see the temps from HWMonitor software.

AS5 is years old and still one of the best, I swear by it, use it on everything, something to note though, it is conductive, so you need to be careful with it, don't use too much and don't get it on other parts, when using it with the stock cooler, I'd use the spread method to apply it, at least then, compared to the pea method, you're not going to get loads of it pushing its way out of the side of the cooler and all over the place.
