Question Which to choose between Ryzen 7 5700G and Ryzen 9 3900 ?

What to choose between ryzen 7 5700G 3.8ghz and ryzen 9 3900 3.1
i need for gaming gta5 online fivem and filming samtimes in game
Which would be more suitable for playing and streaming in game?
AMD>>Ryzen 7 8core 3,8ghz 4.6ghz
AMD>>Ryzen 9 12core 3,1ghz 4.3ghz

What is the make and model of the motherboard you want to pair the APU/CPU with? Just an FYI, you have an APU and a CPU listed up there. In retrospect, the two mentioned above aren't exactly like for like though if you are suggested to go for the Ryzen 9 3900x, you will need to make sure you have a discrete GPU for your build.

You also need to give us context with the prices of the two mentioned above. In my eyes you're not moving forward generation wise.

In Romania where I am from, the price is similar for both processors. The motherboard will be Gigabyte B550 DS3H.Which cpu is better in your opinion?

Depends on what you plan to do with your system, The 5700G will out perform the 3900 in most games, its not really a night and day difference but the 5700G is just faster.

If you need cores and threads for productivity work loads, video editing, 3d model, photo editing, the 3900 might be the better option with more threads to throw at things.

The 5700G has intergraded graphics, the 3900 does not, so you will need a graphics card with a 3900.
