Which To Pick?

I am ordering one of these tomorrow.
All I need to know is your opinion... If you guys had to, which monitor would you purchase?

The two brands are Dell and HP. Which brand is more reliable as well?
Note: The HP monitor does not have any built in speakers.

If you use the monitor for gaming i would try to get one with 2 m/s.

Yes I will be using the monitor for gaming. I can't find a 2ms response time monitor anywhere haha and I have tried for a while. If you can recommend a 2ms 20 inch monitor or even a 3ms 20 inch monitor for less than $200 I will gladly take it 😀

Go for an led they are mostly 5ms but its basically the same as the 2ms, you wont notice the difforence.
And Led is easier on the eyes and its got better colours. So it would be the best for gaming around that budget.

I am pretty sure that both monitors I have listed are led though? I mean what monitor would you guys buy if you had to get a 20 inch monitor for less than $200?
