I'd say grab
Deus EX: great game and has a damn good story
Far Cry 3: Also a good game, very enjoyable.

Hitman is too short for my liking, can be acquired for cheap (It was 7$ on GMG). Sniper Elite is on the cheap side now (Steam had it with the first one and some DLC for 15$), Sleeping dogs is alright but has little replay value and the Dirts are racing games I've never had to chance to try out.

Sleeping Dogs and Deus Ex are great games! Those two are ones you cannot miss out on.

Sleeping Dogs is like GTA in some ways, but you mostly use hand to hand combat and do fun missions; it has a very good story too.

Deus Ex has a great story line too, gameplay is great too, most people love it.

well that question kind of depends which type of games the player likes
in my opinion you should definetly pick Far Cry 3, really really awesome game, I don't remember when I played a better one, and as second well hmmm, IMO I'd pick sniper elite v2 but that's only because I'm totally crazy about sniper games, probably wouldn't suit everyone's choice, I personally haven't played deus ex so I can't say much but it seems like feedback from gamers is pretty good & youtube gameplay review seems pretty damn good, so in general it would be probably best if you take Far Cry 3 & Deus Ex or perhaps Sleeping Dogs if you like open world RPGs with cool martial art skills & missions
