The power draw of USB adapter (max 5W) or internal BT adapter is miniscule compared to the power draw of the CPU, GPU and LCD.

a wireless proprietary USB dongle that comes included with a gamepad will usually use slightly more power than a basic WiFi or Bluetooth dongle.

but a wired USB gamepad will use more power than either.

if this is a rechargeable gamepad like an Xbox model that can run either wired or wireless then while it is connected and charging it's batteries it may use even slightly more power.

it all really depends on the specific make & model of the gamepad and it's type of connection.
