Which upgrade I should do?

I have a Desktop with LGA 775 motherboard and pentium processor. I want to upgrade that but I confused about upgrading I know I have to replace its motherboard and CPU so I m thinking about AMD 8 7600 but it is high power consumption cpu. So I m confused about Intel 6th I3 gen and AMD A8 7600.
May be this would help you I want to use this computer for editing videos and animation and graphic design also gaming but not to heavy gaming.


Please suggest me which upgrade I should do????..

The Core i3 6100 is in a completely different league than the A8. AMD's APUs are more comparable to Pentium dual cores than a modern Core i3.

Are u sure i3 6th gen is better for video editing as well as average gaming.

Video encoding (lower is better)

Photoshop (lower is better)

Gaming performance (higher is better)

It's no contest. AMD's APUs are not in the same league as the i3 in any of these metrics.
