Omg I just upgraded my cpu last weekWouldn't bother upgrading to a more powerful graphics card unless, A; use a higher resolution monitor or B; upgrade cpu first. Currently, any i5 (pre 10th series) suffers too high cpu usage trying to achieve higher frame rates. Sorry to be blunt.
If really want to sink some coin for the future, go for a z490 and 10600K/10700k, a processor with Hyperthreading. Intel have moved away from HT'less cpus and for good reason (about time).
