Recently I found out that I would be getting some money to upgrade my system and then my brother gets the parts that I will be replacing.

I was looking at some options and found some within my budget, unfortunately I cant decide for my self.

They are as follows

1. Ryzen 5 1600
TUF B450-PRO
16GB of3200Mhz RAM (1x16GB
Stick) No option to change to dual
channel :(

2. Ryzen 3 3100
TUF B450-PRO
Corsair vengeance 3200Mhz
16Gb(Single stick still only option)

3. Ryzen 3 3100
TUF B550-PLUS
16Gb 2666Mhz Single stick

4. Ryzen 3 4350G
A520M-K
16Gb 2666Mhz single stick

Keep in mind that I will be using this for gaming but want to give content creation and 3D Modeling a try.
Any help is appreciated :)

It looks like you have a limited set of options.
Try to find something else.
I would buy none of your options.
They all include a single stick of ram which is death to a ryzen processor.
Ryzen depends not only on fast ram, but dual channel operation.
R5500 is about $330.
In the us, you can buy a i3-10100, a lga1200 motherboard, and a 2 x 8gb ram kit for about $240.
Here is a review of the i3-10100 as a budget gaming processor.

IF I were to go with your option and buy a 10100, h410-e, and 16gb (2x8Gb @ 3200mhz) then it comes out to R6300, which is over the budget unfortunately

Also, with the 1600, b450 pro then I can OC to around 3.9 to 4.2 (this seems to be the average result where ever I checked) and then I will have 6 cores @ 3.9-4.2ghz constant as compared to 4 cores @ 3.60Ghz boosting to 4.3Ghz. Would this not be better for overall performance as i do intend to do some work on this PC

Also, I could just save a few months and buy another 16Gb stick to match
