[SOLVED] which upgrade will give me the more fps in game?

Hi,
Current setup- Ryzen 5 2600, - Gigabyte b450 aorus pro - 16gb 3200 - gtx 1660ti - 27inch 1440p monitor

Question is will i see a bigger increase in my FPS with an upgrade to the new ryzen 5 5600x or keeping the 2600 and upgrading the graphics card to an amd rx5700 xt or Nvidia 2070 super, I know new cards are coming out but if they are not at this price point ( £400) which both these cards are I wont be getting one.

upgrading the gpu will give more fps and R5 2600 is good enough to handle a 2070S without much of a bottleneck, ofcourse bumping up clock speeds would always yield more fps you will not see any sort of stuttering/skipping if you upgrade your GPU.
