Which ups should I buy for my PC?

My specs:
Cpu : Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo : Gigabyte B450 Aorus M
Ram :16gb ddr4 2400 (dual channel)
GPU : Rx 580 8gb
PSU : Antec VP 500W
1 TB HDD
120gb SSD
Acer KG221Q - 22inch Freesync monitor
Standard Atx case with 1 fan

Please recommend the vA rating required for this build.

If you can't get an actual reading for power usage, then use one of the power calculators -- http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/
Then take that information to APC's website and pick a UPS. Say a 750W. Look at the table of runtimes, it will tell you how long the UPS will support your PC under max load. Adjust the size of the UPS accordingly.

Too "big" a UPS will just provide a longer battery support time. It costs more and is larger, but doesn't have any technical drawbacks.
