They will likely be the same. You are likely better off asking your ISP. They both technically will work with most VDSL connections but the ISP may for some reason not allow you to use certain devices. Not sure exactly why some ISP have strange restrictions but you need to check.
I think most times the restictions are when they are using fiber to the curb and then using a extremely fast version of vdsl to get to the house. VDSL2+ in theory at least can 300mbps.
In your case I am going to bet both will be allowed. Even then I am not sure where you get the 230 number from. The device only has 10/100 ethernet ports so even if it could somehow get to the router at 230mbps it could only talk to your pc at 100mbps.
