If you live in the US, then XFX may be better because of the "Dual Life Time Warranty" which basically means if you register their card within 30 days of buying it you will quality for that warranty. That allows you (the original owner) to sell the card to someone else and the warranty will transfer to that person which can help with it's resale value.

Otherwise any of them should be fine.

Quality-Wise, they are all the same. They use all Ferrite Cores, Solid Capacitors and High-Density PCB.
Performance-Wise, they are all, again, the same. Except if one of the versions is overclocked, but you can achieve that by yourself.

You can also get a look at the new HD 7770, which performs the same than a HD 6850, but consumes far less power and produces less heat. (It is also 1GHz :D)

Hope it helps! :)

Those that you put are 67xx's, I meant the newer 7770 GPU.

This one is the one that I bought :
It has dual-fan and stock overclock without an higher price.

Then you are a perfect candidate for the Radeon HD 7770, it is Cheap, perform well, 25nm and only need an 350W Power Supply (TDP 80W).

You can play all the games that you mentioned with High Details (some at Ultra) at 1080p.

It is true that XFX cards are "generally" better in quality than Sapphire, but not always. But that makes an disadvantage : XFX cards costs usually $10 more.

MSI Had always made Quality Components and doesn't add an price over that.
XFX's Dual Fan cooler for the HD 7770 is $169.
XFX's Single Fan cooler for the HD 7770 is $159.
MSI's Dual Fan cooler for the HD 7770 is $159.
