Which version of GTX 970 should I get?

Hello there!

I am going to be buying a GTX 970 on Amazon in the next hour or so (depending on how many replies I get here).

I was originally going to be getting the MSI version of the GTX 970, but after checking Amazon today, the Gigabyte version of the GTX 970 is cheaper, and has 3 cooling fans instead of 2 like the MSI model has.

What I want to know is, am I missing something beneficial with the MSI version? Because my (very basic) knowledge of GPUs is telling me that a cheaper version of the same card, with an extra cooling fan, is only going to be better...? Are there any negatives? It seems too good to be true almost.
See the links here so that you can see how the different GPUs look:

MSI one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00NOP536Y/?tag=pcp0f-21

I really appreciate any help you can give me to decide which one to buy :)
