Which version of windows 7 for gaming?

This is my first pc build. Which version of windows 7 do I want?

Ultimate is the best as is does everything but i use home premium as i couldnt justify the extra cost for the extra stuff i would never use on my home computer. IMHO home premium is the best for general and gaming use.
