which version of Windows is on the Asus ZenBook UX305?

I want to avoid Windows 8 but desperately need to buy a new laptop NOW. Can't wait for Windows 10. Like the review of the Asus ZenBook UX305, but can't tell which version of Windows it has.

All new laptops at this present time are supplied with Windows 8 or 8.1 pre-installed.
This screenshot makes it obvious which version Windows it has, only Windows 8/8.1 looks like that:
