Question Which VGA to HDMI adapters would work?

Trying to set up some work computers with dual monitors and the only display connections on the back of the computer is 1 displayport, 1 VGA and 1 serial port. The monitors only have 1 displayport and 1 hdmi so given that the displayports would be taken for both I am looking for a good but inexpensive VGA to HDMI adapter that would work in this situation. I've seen a lot talk about laptops and consoles but I want to make sure it works from desktop PC to a monitor with good quality. The sound inclusion doesn't matter. Thanks for any help.

I'm not there right now so I can't check exactly but its an older dell with like an i7 2600 if that's any indicator for it's time of production.

Get the exact model, I'm not sure if you have VGA and Serial on your mobo and DP on your video card. If thats the case you cant mix and match mobo and graphics cards outputs.

There is no graphics card in the PC. It's all on the mobo using intel integrated graphics
