Which video card better: ATI Radeon HD 7770 or Geforce GTX 650 ti?

As my last pc died im looking for a new one. Not too expensive, and i have found 1:
Case:Inter-Tech JY-260, ATX, Black + 500W PSU
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-E33
CPU:Intel Core i3-3220 (3.30GHz, 3MB, LGA1155)
RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport, 8GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL9, Kit of 2
HDD:Western Digital 1TB, 7200rpm, 64MB, Sata III, Caviar Blue
And a video card.
Which is better? And please tell best manufacturer for video card.

i agree with 2 guys above 650ti is better.

and it performs like the radeon 7850 in bf3 and beats it in start craft II here
