I'm confused really hard at this point, trying to shop for a GPU that will fit nicely with my build, under 200$, but can't understand how they are categorized etc.

Now scrolling through the page there are multiple Radeon 270x (which I was originally looking for) all different prices but same clock speeds etc. This http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-112170120g or this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r9270xdc2t2gd5 looks all the same, so are prices different only because of manufacturer?
I suck at this, If someone could help me grab a GPU that would be great. The rest of my Build is:

The Gpu should be around or under 200$, I don't need anything fancy the only game I will be playing is World of Warcraft
