Which Video Card?

I'm building a gaming PC and have roughly $200 to spend on a video card. I've broke it down to two.
(The rest of my build is already bought.)

Between the two I'd go with the ZOTAC, no question about it. You don't want that VisionTek model, it has terrible cooling and will throttle down because of the heat.

Definitely the r9 290. It outperforms the 960 by quite a margin.

An R9 290, but not that model get one with a better cooler
