Which way to go for build.

I am starting a build for a gaming computer. Along my way, I have two processors from both sides. The first one is an intel i5-3570 3.4. The second one is an AMD A10-7800 3.5. It will be will 8gb of ram and a decent graphics card. Any input will help, just need help deciding which way to go.

Note:

I have used both before and have had no problems out of either one.
