I haven't bought the Nepton 140XL yet bought when/if I do which way shall I orient my fans?
Do I pull the air from my case to the outside, or intake the air from the outside and then into my case? There are two fans included with the Nepton 140XL.

Here is a diagram to explain what I mean:

If there is another better way to configure the fans can you please explain?

People often overthink this way too much. If you have really good case airflow, then it doesn't matter which direction and you should opt for the coolest air that also won't cause heat get stuck inside the case.

Either works. Radiators benefit most from the coolest air possible, so if your case airflow isn't great, you need to determine how you want to move that air through your cooler. If you have great top exhaust fans, I'd say do option 2. If you great front intake fans and the internal air of the case is relatively cool, you can do either option 1 or 2.

I agree with option 2 also. The radiator will cool much better if it pulls in 'cool' air from outside. As long as you have top fans exhausting the warmed air from the radiator exhaust, the case won't get hot. (warm air rises) That's how I have my Corsair H60 arranged. Temps are way low.

I was thinking option two at first but I watched someone video and they said have it facing the same way the front fans a facing. When I get the CPU cooler, I'll probably install it the way shown in option 2. I'll wait for more replies before selecting a best answer.

Whichever way you mount it, that case with that much airflow won't get hot. So set it in the manner that creates the best radiator/CPU cooling. In reality, you probably will have so much cool air moving thru the case that the inside air will be as cool as the outside air.

Thanks guys! I realise that I was overthinking, but sometimes it's better to ask and overthink than to not think at all. Option 2 should give positive pressure also so it probably is the best option.

'Positive' pressure assumes that your case is airtight or close enough to it where fan intake and exhaust provide enough of a pressure offset to be conducive to overall airflow. In theory, this works, but it doesn't always in practice.
