Which Website CMS to use?

I know this may or may not belong here but as most CMS's are free and can work on any platform I'm not sure which sub-forum to post this question.

Basically I want something simple to learn, easy to use that would allow just a basic information site that has 3 main elements, a forum section, a live chat area and a front page blog scroll.

I dread the idea of having to learn another complicated system to handle a website. So any advice, suggestions, tips, tricks, specific CMS recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You have probably heard about Joomla.
Your choice also depend on what is supporters by your hosting provider.

Yeah, my hosting provider has a LENGTHY list of supported CMS's. And I tried to learn Joomla, for some reason it seems far more complicated than it needs to be.

Your requirements for web-site are everything but "basic", so don't expect a solution with three mouse clicks. You need much more than that in order to manage forums / blogs. The last thing you want from your site is to become playground for bots and ads for manly and girly products.
