What info do you want, specifically? People here can probably guide you properly.
VRAM isn't considered cache (like SSD flash cache), it's dedicated GPU memory.

There's really no point in trying to gauge the value of the cost of a video card or SSD with how much VRAM or cache it has. You can't upgrade those anyway, so all you have to go on is what performance it gets (hopefully under adverse conditions to test its limits) and go with what works best for the cost from there.

Doesn't translate across vendors either. Both amd and nvidia use vram differently, so sizes are less important in comparison.
