Question Which WiFi antenna do I need to get ?

Hi, enthusiasts! I am looking for WiFi antenna for this motherboard:

Gigabyte Z690 AORUS XTREME LGA 1700 Intel Z690 EATX​

I have many cats and cats love small wires, so they keep chewing antenna wires. I am looking on amazon and they do not specify for which motherboard model they are designed. I see PCIe models, but I have onboard WiFi, I just need antenna. But there are antennas that have no wires, they just screw in to the back of computer, to the connector. Would those work on my built-in motherboard cards? Or are they for PCIE cards? Also some of them say "Bluetooth". I dont know what Bluetooth should have to do with FiFi, please, help me find something. Thank you.

If you want something that does not have to be behind your PC -- https://www.amazon.com/Eightwood-Tri-Band-Computer-Motherboard-Bluetooth/dp/B0CMTS62V3/?th=1 then get Bitter Apple spray -- https://www.amazon.com/Grannicks-Bitter-Apple-8oz/dp/B00LRKJV1Q/ spray onto a cloth and wipe down the cable. Maybe reapply every few months.

I have multiple cats- can breeding operation. lol. ChatGPT recommended to buy this. I was looking for stubby 2-3 inches, this one is too long but I could not find short one. I am wondering if I will get any advantage from tri-band. My cable router supposedly support 6Ghz, but I never saw it on my WiFi list. Same as the first antennas I listed. 6Ghz will probably only be visible in the same room as the router. If you aren't VERY close, you won't see it. For a long time Windows 10 also had issues with 6Ghz, so if you haven't updated to Win 11 that could be why.

Cover the antenna with a plastic or paper box so the cats cant's see it.
