Which wifi card?

I want to know what kind of wifi card should I get? I need one that's around 50 or lower. Also it has to be reliable.

Why wouldn't you get a wireless ac adapter?

I currently don't have a have a CD drive. I was wanting more of a PCI express wifi card not a usb adapter. Is there any pci express wifi adapter that you would recommend

Check above, also any decent hardware manufacturer would provide their drivers online. So you could download the drivers while connected via ethernet or on another computer and use a flash drive to install.
