Which WiFi Router Should I Choose?

So I'm in the market to buy a new router. As of right now I'm using the wifi+modem combo Arris TG862 from Comcast which is terrible.

So I'm trying to decide between the Asus Ac66 or the Asus Ac68. I do know that the 66 supports N and the 68 supports AC and is backwards compatible.

My internet use is for my cellphones, tablet, ps3, ps4, netflix etc. I want to be able to run my ps4 the same time my ps3 is on with no lag.

Any help is appreciated

I don't think that answers my question. What I guess I'm asking, would the AC66 do the job where there would be no lag if both the ps3 and ps4 where being played at the same time or would I have to buy the AC68?

Take a look at the Netgear Nighthawk R7500. It is designed specifically for low latency that is so important for gaming. It has a new technology for QOS. Of the 2 routers you mentioned, I would go with the AC68. No good reason to get an N router these days.
