Which will be a better System?

I am planning on building my PC on a tight Budget.
If ever I have bought the PC, at first, I intend it to be an HTPC with some Photoshop work.
And somewhere down the road, i'd like to throw a Graphics Card.
I'd like to stay away from AM3+ socket. :)))))

for my HTPC needs, yeah, i think the APU will satisfy me.
But wait, Sir, I indicated in my post "somewhere down the road, i'd like to throw a Graphics Card." :)))))
