Which will Be better between them?

This is the summer time so I need to cool down the Temperature of the CPU, my processor is AMD Phenom II X6 1090t ( http://products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=640 ) . I like to play Battlefield3 Multiplayer for many hours and my CPU temp crosses 60 Degree celsius then suddenly shuts off, so Which CPU cooler will be better between them? ( I am on budget and mY cpu case has small area left inside)

Normally the 4 heatpipe configuration would be the best choice but do to your small space I would go with the cooler master tx-3 which performes almost as good as the 212. I have this heatsink and it works real good. You may also want to upgrade your case fans and clean out your case to help with cooling, a dust filled case gets hot real fast.
