hi friends, now again i m highly confused bw two builds
i3 4130 + ga b85 d3h + gtx 660
OR
i5 4440 + ga h81 s1 + gtx 750ti

I m going to do programming like C, C++,JAVA,HTML some photo and video editting on photoshop and sony vegas pro and light gaming like NFS(all the parts at ultra settings) and internet browsing etc.. and yhis is my last build and i M NOT GOING TO UPGRADE ANY THING IN FUTUTRE thanks....

Solution
That card, and any modern GPU will have no difference at all in a 2.0 slot. No performance change at all between 3.0 and 2.0 for ANY GPU, let alone a gtx750ti.
programming doesn't require that much computing power since the main thing you will be running is a compiler, so either computer will serve that purpose just fine. For photo and video edditing, you can benefit from the extra cores/threads from the i5.

last quest pls... as u told that pcie 2.0 slot will not bottleneck that gtx 750ti and as i seen on other sites it says that it supports pcie 3.0 and is that gpu is able to saturate the pcie 2.0 slot and how much ram will be required for that taks???

no friend i asked that how much gigs of ram will be required

for that tasks???

For Sony Vegas you should be using a GCN architecture GPU, not Maxwell/Kepler. GCN will give you ~50% better performance/$ in vegas.

For compiling software, you should be using an E3 Xeon with ECC memory so that compute/memory errors don't become false bugs that you're chasing.
