Which will be better on 4K?

I am from India, and i was going to buy this:

1.Intel i5 6600k
2.MSi Z170 Gaming M3
3.Corsair Value 8 GB DDR4
4.Seasonic SII520
5.Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo
6.Seagate 2 TB 7200RPM
7.Samsung 120 GB SSD
8.LG ODD Drive
9.Circle CC830 White
10.Inno3D Gtx 970 ICHILL
11.CORSAIR 140MM FAN
12.DragonWar Gaming Keyboard
but if i change the cpu to fx 8320e and motherboard to msi 970 gaming, i save nearly 12000, by which i can get a gigabyte 770 4gb sli or a 390x. So, which one will better on 4k?

The R9 390X would be better for 4k gaming.

That single Gtx 970 ICHILL is great for 1080p but for 4k it will struggle remember it's 3.5GB threshold is not made for 4k. The R9 390X would be better for 4k gaming.
