which will be better?

hi guys
which will be better:
1) 8gb (2X4) DDR2 667 Corsair value select (this is a value ram)
2) 4gb (1X4) DDR2 800 Kingston hyperx or Corsair XMS2 or any other in this range.
please note that i will NOT OVERCLOCK at all.
my system specs are as follows:
Intel Pentium D 820 (2.8GHz)
Asus P5B Deluxe
Any of the above package of RAM
Seagate 320gb SATA HDD
Connect 3D x700 256mb
msi tv @nywhere
470W thermaltake tr2

If you're not planning on overclocking, you certainly don't need any premium RAM, so skip (2).
Get DDR2-533 (or DDR2-667, if cheaper or similar price), as that will be plenty even for a future Core 2 Duo CPU upgrade.
I'd suggest getting a good-quality value or mainstream RAM (no heat spreaders), but avoid Corsair's ValueSelect, as it is just contracted out to the current lowest bidder. Kingston's ValueRAM has a very good reputation.
