Which will be the best CPU-Motherboard Combo?

Hello.

I am looking at a couple CPU and motherboards here. Let's get back to basics. Can you match me the best combo for these cpu's and motherboards?

Intel:

i5-4460 Asus B85 Pro Gamer
i5-4590 Asrock H97 Fatality Killer

AMD:

FX-6300 Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
FX-8320 MSI 970 Gaming
FX-8350

I want to know the best in performance and price/performance. Thanks.

i5 4590 with H97 fatality Killer will give you best performance. i5 4460 and the cheaper LGA 1150 board from the choices will give you best value/ money.

Avoid AMD AM3+, it's a dead platform and FX 6/8 can't compete with i5 in terms of processing power.

Best performance for doing what? Asuming it's for gaming: i5 4690K combined with Z97 mobo. I7 4770/4790 are great cpu, but wont give you any extra performance (frames) in gaming...
