which will make my computer run faster ? windows 7 ultimate 32bit or 64bit ?

I have an option to install either windows 7 ultimate 32bit or windows 7 ultimate 64bit

which one will give me the best performance with the following computer specs:
Mother Board: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.H77-D3H
CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory information: Total physical memory 3488 MB
BOX: 100 GAMING ANTEC
POWER SUPPLIER: VP POWER VP-450P 450W ANTEC
Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics
Monitor: LG flatron W2242T 22"

the computer will mainly be used for video editing with Adobe premiere and after effects

Go for 64 bit. It handles more memory and most applications will be 64 bit in the future. 64 bit does not put out higher frame rates but it is the option that future proofs.

I already bought windows 7 ultimate and I see two CD's in the box it came with: one says "32bit" , the other "64bit" so it's not a money issue, only a question of which one will make my specified hardware - faster
