Which will run Fallout: New Vegas

I'm trying to get a new laptop that will run Fallout: New Vegas, and the only viable options around are:

HP Notebook 2000-2c11nr (1.75GHz AMD Dual-Core Processor E2-2000, AMD Radeon HD 7340)

OR

Toshiba Satellite C55DT-A5242 (AMD Dual-Core E1-1200, AMD Radeon 7310)

Will either of these run the game at a playable level?

Yes. Is not a very demanding game. I play it on my HD 6570 @ 1080 and everything up.
