[SOLVED] Which windows Service task (in msconfig) is resposible for web certificates? (Getting NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID)

Hi, im trying to troubleshoot which services i can disable to tweak my system a bit. I cant tell for sure if it is 100% related to the services, but i dont get this issue on a testing installation which i just installed.

Basically some websites give the NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID response on my opera.
