Which wireless card to choose from

Here are my two choices: 3com pci card #3CRDW696 - this card is made just for a desktop computer. 3com lan pci card #3CRWE777A - This is the card with the PCMCIA wireless card attached to a pci adapter. Can anybody tell me the difference in performance and which one is better to get. Thanks

no diff in perf. The one with the adapter is cooler because you can also use it in a laptop.
