I am thinking to buy a smartphone. That should have a 6+ mp camera (back camera). CPU 1.2 GHz or higher may be. OS should be Windows 8.1 or Android 4.4 or 5.0. And where I can access latest features and apps. And one more thing the cost may be lower than $300 or ?26000. I have already made my primary choice. Those are Nokia Lumia 730, Oppo Mirror 3, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Samsung Galaxy E5 LG L Bello. Would like to add a new one or select one of those?

I'm sorry. I didn't understand your what you had asked. But thanks for your help. Despite, I think i have made my decision. It would be Lumia 620 XL.

That being said have you tried comparing the smart phones you've short listed on GSM arena to do a side by side analysis on them? You've also mentioned your budget in USD as well as BDT whereas we're more a US based site - so are you going to purchase the phone from a site based in USA or are you purchasing from a store in Bangladesh?

The 620 you speak of erm there is a 640 XL version but not a 620 XL
