Which would be the Best OS for Dell Latitude E6400?

Hi, This is Alex. I just wanna ask that which would be the best Windows OS for a Dell Latitude E6400.
It's specs are as follows:
Processor: P8600 2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo Processor.
RAM - 2GB RAM.
256MB of Onboard Intel HD Graphics Card.

And it's currently running Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit.

Win 8.1 Pro 64 is a very reasonable choice for your laptop. You could also argue for Win 7 if you prefer the more traditional interface. With only 2 GB of RAM, you could even get away with a 32 bit OS.

I run Windows 8.1 on one of my old dinosaur PCs and it works pretty well. It usually uses around 450 to 500 megs of RAM as a baseline.
