Which would be the better graphic cards

I'm building my first pc and I'm stuck on the graphic card and I can't decide which one would be the best.

Here are the 2 cards:

Right now I have a 720p T.V as a monitor, if I get one of the cards, I will be buying a 1080p or a 1440p gaming monitor.

I would like to get ultra/max settings for all the games I play which include

-spintires

-BeamNG.drive

- Black ops 2

-Black ops 3 (when it comes out)

-Battle field 4

-Need for Speed: Most Wanted

I personally like the AMD card, but both card will outperform all of these games at high, as long as you dont have them at 4K.
