[SOLVED] Which would provide better sound quality?

I'm asking this for someone else. He has a MSI Z390A-Pro board and is using the integrated audio which is supposed to be pretty good. He also has the option of using an older Creative Labs Soundblaster Titanium PCIe x1 sound card (mine). We are not able at this time to do an ears-on comparison test for ourselves, so I'm asking the forum for their opinion. (Besides, I have horrible hearing, so my opinion wouldn't matter)
Which would provide better sound thru a retro Altec Lansing 3-way computer speaker system? Or any good speaker system, for that matter?

The difference in sound quality may not be all that different, or better either way. Driver support will be better (more up to date) for the on-board audio controller. I would just use the on-board, if me.
