Which would you recommend?

Narrowed down a new laptop to two main options:

V3-574G
Intel Core i5-5200U (3MB Cache/2.2-2.7Ghz)
Nvidia GeForce GT940M
8GB RAM
1TB HDD/8GB SSD
15.6" Full HD IPS

V17 Nitro
Intel Core i5-4210H (3MB Cache/2.9-3.5Ghz)
Nvidia GeForce GT840M
8GB RAM
1TB SSHD/8GB SSD
17.3" Full HD IPS

I'm not sure that the difference between the 840 and 940 would be that great, so I thought this would be down to the CPUs. So, I've come here to ask what you guys would recommend?

The i5 5200u is a low power version of an i5. The i5 4210H is more powerful. You may have better battery life with the i5 5200u though.
