I'm looking to do a completely new build 7800x3d, 4080, 32gb 6000 cl30 ram. I'm having trouble deciding on which motherboard to get. The ones I'm looking at are the taichi, aorus master extreme, and croshair hero. Not taking price into account, which of these boards are the best option? I am also open to other suggestions.

I've heard from a few reviewers, jay for example, saying that the taichi was their favorite x670e board. Hardware unboxed states the gigabyte boards are very over priced for features you get, and a lot of people are saying to avoid asus in general.

Everyone's experience is different.
Out of the 40 or so Asus boards I have owned , Ive only had problems with 2 . A P4P800 with a failed south bridge. Sort of common at the time. Way past warranty.
The other was a failed bios update (my first) on a x570 board. Sent it in and received it back in two weeks.
I avoid MSI and Gigabyte like the plague.🤮

But you know the saying, opinions are like ------------. Everybody's stinks but your own.
