Which X99 motherboard to go with?

IM waiting to see how much the asus x99- A and Pro versions are. I've always gone with asus. But does anyone know of better or equally as good boards currently out?

Im getting the i7 5820K and 16GB of g.skill 4x4 2400mhz Ram
What do you recommend and why? i dont really want to spend $400 on the Asus deluxe but if its that much better ill consider it.

Those boards look nice and have nice specs. what do they have that the equivalent ASUS board doesnt have?

well they have lots of other features like Fan Extension Card: Extend the ultimate PC cooling and better thermal design etc.
if you dont want to spend extra money on a motherboard then get a motherboard according to your need like if you want 6 stata port then find a mobo with 6 ports if you want 3 fan headers , sli or crossfire capable board look for that.

The MSI Gaming series is good bang for the buck and has a good mix of performance and features. The Gaming 7 is definitely a good option to consider for boards under the $400 mark. I would recommend it over the GBT Gaming 5 which I currently am using as there are some basic stuff that this board is missing for the $$
