Which XP Pro Services can I turn off?

Recently I decided to dust off my Neverwinter Nights and noticed a distinct choppyness in the graphics when running it on my Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop with Win XP Pro SP2.

Having only installed MySql in the laptop since last playing the game, I went into Windows Administrative tools and stopped the MySql service. The result was improved performance.

This led me down a road of thought as to which processes are really necessary. I’m planning on building a new gaming system running on XP Pro SP2. It will strictly be used for gaming and internet browsing.

My list of services that can be turned off include:

Automatic Updates
IIS Admin
MySql
SMTP

Are there any more services that are pure overhead, from the gaming platform perspective?
