Which Z270 Motherboard shall I choose from these?

No, Ryzen is the new AMD chip.
It's going to give Intel a run for there money.
Just google Ryzen and look at the pricing and performance compared to Intel.
It's going to be released end of this month

I think if I had to choose between just those motherboards I would choose either the Gigabyte z270x gaming k5 or k3. The k3 has everything I woould need but I don't know the features you have to have. Personally I like the Asus prime z270a, or the strix z270e. I'm curious though as to why you want to upgrade to Kaby lake from skylake?

Ye there is no need to upgrade but I find someone who wants to buy my cpu and mb and I thought why not an upgrade ? All i want is overclocking . No need for extra features. And ofcourse good sound.

Whats the difference between the k5 and gaming 7 ?

I've read some comments from a couple of people complaining about a hissing noise with the Asus boards. I have the Asus z170 pro gaming aura and I like the audio but I have heard others complain about that too. Audio is such a personal preference thing.
