Which z68 mobo to buy?

i am urming and arring which z68 chipset mobo to buy.
i will be using it for gaming and video playback. i am sure i want the i5 2500k with 2 x palit 560ti in sli. i will be playing on my hdtv 1080i @ 60hz.
any help would be gladly welcome
